Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide online individual therapy for adults throughout California. As a licensed therapist, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, people pleasing, burnout, and self-esteem concerns.

I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, BIPOC therapy, and Neurodivergent affirming therapy, supporting queer, mixed-race, first-generation, and marginalized individuals who may feel caught between different identities, cultures, communities, or expectations. Together, we'll gently process trauma and explore the roots of anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing while creating space for the feelings, needs, and parts of yourself that may have been overlooked for far too long. You deserve a space where your experiences can be felt, witnessed, and understood.

My approach integrates Brainspotting, somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and trauma-informed psychotherapy. Whether you're healing from childhood wounds, navigating family dynamics, processing grief, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space where you feel heard and seen.

  • Getting started is simple. You can reach out through my contact form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. During our call, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and whether we're a good fit for each other.

If you decide to move forward, I'll send you intake paperwork and we'll schedule your first online therapy session. From there, we'll begin creating a therapeutic space that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout California, making it easy to access care from the comfort of your home.

  • Many therapists can help you manage symptoms. My goal is to help you understand and heal the deeper patterns beneath them.

As a queer, mixed-race therapist, I understand what it can feel like to exist between worlds—to feel disconnected from parts of your identity, culture, family, or sense of belonging. I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating Brainspotting, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. Rather than only talking about your experiences, we'll also pay attention to what your body is holding and explore pathways for healing that support lasting change.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC clients, mixed-race adults, and those navigating trauma, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe while helping you build a deeper connection with yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.

  • The best way to reach me is by filling out the contact form on my website. You can also email me directly, and I'll do my best to respond within 1–2 business days.

If you're interested in starting therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss what you're looking for, and determine whether I'm the right therapist for your needs.

  • My clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and genuine. Therapy with me is conversational and collaborative—you don't need to have the "right words" or know exactly where to start.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. Together, we'll create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. I'll support you in building insight, developing practical tools, and connecting more deeply with yourself.

While I value reflection and self-understanding, our work won't stay only in your head. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate Brainspotting, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to help you process experiences that words alone can't always reach.

Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in old patterns, my goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with who you are.

  • I currently provide secure virtual therapy for adults throughout California. Online therapy offers flexibility and allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill to be submitted to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.

  • Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients seek support for a specific challenge, while others engage in longer-term work focused on deeper healing and personal growth.

  • Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps access and process unresolved trauma, emotional pain, and deeply held patterns that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. By identifying eye positions connected to emotional experiences, Brainspotting can support deeper healing, increased self-awareness, and lasting change.
