Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and paced around your nervous system—not rushed or forced.

Some sessions are more conversational, others naturally slow down into deeper emotional or body-based awareness. We follow what feels most present and important in the moment.

My role is to stay with you in a grounded, engaged way so you don’t have to navigate things alone.

My approach

I integrate traditional talk therapy with a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic lens. When helpful, I may also incorporate deeper nervous system-based approaches like Brainspotting.

The focus is always on helping you feel safer, more regulated, and more connected to yourself over time.
