What relationship therapy is like

Relationship therapy with me is a space to explore how you and your partner(s) are communicating, disconnecting, and trying to find each other.

We slow things down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface—emotionally, relationally, and sometimes in the nervous system.

My role is to stay attuned to both of you, help hold the process when things feel tense or stuck, and support more clarity, repair, and connection.

My approach

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness.

I support couples in moving out of reactivity and into more understanding, accountability, and connection—at a pace that feels manageable for everyone involved.
