Queer & LGBTQ+ Therapy

Therapy that makes room for all of you—your identity, your relationships, your history, and the parts of you that are still becoming.

A place to be understood without having to over-explain yourself.

What It’s Like Here

This is a space where you don’t have to translate yourself.

We can talk about identity, relationships, family dynamics, stress, or anything else that’s coming up—but always at your pace and in a way that feels emotionally safe and grounded.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attuned. That means we pay attention not just to what you’re saying, but also to what your nervous system is communicating underneath it.

There’s room here for complexity—no flattening, no assumptions, and no pressure to explain yourself in order to be understood.

My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness.

I support clients in understanding how lived experience, identity, and survival patterns show up in the body, emotions, and relationships—not just in thoughts.

Therapy here isn’t about pathologizing identity or trying to “fix” anything about who you are. It’s about supporting more connection, clarity, and internal safety.

If you’re looking for a space where your identity is understood without needing to be justified, we can start with a conversation and see what feels supportive for you.
